Head Coach / Co-Founder

With over 15+ years of experience, Andre is a NASM-certified Personal trainer and Nutrition Coach. He believes the foundations of a strong and healthy mind and body incorporates both maximizing strength and endurance, while still increasing range of motion and flexibility. From 1-on-1 fitness and nutrition coaching, to leading fun and energetic group training sessions, Andre loves helping people live their “best lives”. He believes making nutrition, fitness and recovery a part “daily life”, while cultivating a relentlessly positive mindset is the key to lasting vigor and vitality.

Fitness Coach

With a strong passion for athletics, fitness, and overall wellness, Todd brings a diverse background of knowledge, experience, and expertise in the fields of Personal Training and Group Fitness.

A true Flathead Valley local, Todd knows the importance of providing quality and efficient services to the community he knows and loves. An avid strength trainer, Todd has come to appreciate the importance of a well-rounded fitness routine to maximize the body’s potential.

Accepting the importance of stretching, cardio, and multifaceted workouts, Todd has transformed and excelled his own personal fitness and loves to share these accomplishments with others looking to do the same.

Outside of the daily grind, Todd enjoys life on the water or up in the mountains. Anything that keeps his body moving and his mind engaged is his happy place, as he loves to share his passion of activities with others.

Fitness Coach

Hilary has led group fitness classes in almost every format for more than a decade. Now she is pumped to be a member of the Peak Fit team, bringing a kick ass HIIT workout to the Flathead Valley! She looks forward to every class because she knows that what we put into it, we will get out of it tenfold- in joy and better health!

Whether you are just beginning your wellness path or an experienced wellness warrior, it is Hilary’s hope that you always leave closer to your goals & with a stronger body and focused mind. The only limits we have are the ones that we create!

KAITLYN BENEDICT

Fitness Coach

Kaitlyn has had a lifelong fervor for athletics and sport performance training. After finishing her collegiate soccer career she began expanding her knowledge of personal training, coaching, group fitness and holistic nutrition. 

She landed back in her hometown of Whitefish, where she has been teaching group fitness throughout the Valley for the last 8 years. Kaitlyn is best known for her attention to detail and form execution, spicy playlists, and adding on the weights to help you get those gains!

When she isn’t in the gym, you can find her chasing her twins around or soaking up the wonderful Montana outdoor scene. 

Coach Kait is also a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach and is passionate about helping her clients reach a healthy, sustainable relationship with food choices and organic cooking practices. 

Trisha Jennings

Fitness Coach

Coach Trisha has a strong passion for boxing and strength training. During her competitive training for boxing, she quickly realized she also loved encouraging and coaching others to pursue their passions and fitness goals.

 

Since then, she has taught and trained in several gyms across the country, spanning from east coast to now the west coast where she calls MT home. Coach Trisha will make sure you exceed your goals by taking you out of your comfort zone, while tapping into your strengths! 

 

Trisha’s passions outside of the gym include hikes with her dog Axel, adventures with her husband Jeff and reading in her garden.

Julie Wentworth

Fitness Coach

As a longtime runner, Julie became increasingly aware of the imbalances in her own body, which led to an increasing interest in overall health and wellness. She discovered the benefits of a regular pilates and weight training in addition to running and quickly realized the importance of a well rounded, full body fitness routine. With a background in education, she has combined her love of teaching as well as fitness.!

Julie understands that group fitness is about meeting our clients where they are. She makes everyone feel welcome, supported, challenged and makes the workout fun every time they come into class.
