Group Session

Our PEAK Fit team training model utilizes a blend of circuit training and HIIT, to providing a functional, full-body workout, while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. Getting to know the people that train right beside you encourages both transformation in lifestyle and community connection and growth in a friendly, team-aligned environment. In an efficient, 50-minute training session, it’s no surprise to see some members burn up to 800 calories.

Semi-Private
(1-4 people)

Looking for more personalized attention with your workouts without ditching your friends?  Semi-private training sessions are right up your alley. Workouts are specifically built around you, and sessions are kept small enough (2-4 people) for your trainer to pay attention to detail.

Private
(1-on-1)

At PEAK Fit, we offer customized 1-on-1 training with our top trainers. Our team originates from all different backgrounds and all levels of expertise, ranging from injury rehabilitation, total body transformations, nutrition coaching and more. Together, you and your personal trainer will create a custom-tailored plan that’s specifically designed to your goals. PEAK Fit believes in result-driven training and will be there every step of the way to ensure you accomplish your goals. They are as invested as you are, if not more!
